Let’s go straight into the subject:

1. Shut down your VM
2. Delete any Snapshots you might have done on the past
3. Go to VM settings, Disk Drive
4. Hit the button to resize
5. Choose you desired drive size and hit “Apply”
6. Start the VM and now let’s extend the partion (very important)
7. Open a console (window +r)
8. Run:
   1. diskpart
   2. list disk
   3. select disk # (Where “#” is the disk you want to correct.)
   4. list partition
   5. select partition # (Where # is the partition you want to correct.)
   6. extend filesystem
